art board, similar to our 400gsm postcards but
noticeably lighter. The face side is coated with a gloss
laminate which gives colours extra vibrancy for maximum
impact.

are suitable for a variety of applications such as table menus, swing
tickets
and
for
promoting events
from club nights to theatre shows. They can be finished in several ways including
creasing, drilling, round cornering and perforating making them suitable
for hotel door hangers, menu cards and notelets.

Custom shaped handouts
We can die-cut handouts to any shape you can think of! This
involves making a forme out of thin, flexible blades and there is a one-off
charge for this work starting at £70.00. We store this forme for you
so you only pay this charge once.
However, if you are happy for us to offer your forme to
other customers as one of our Special Shapes (as per the diagrams below), we can manufacture the forme for half-price.
If
you
design
your handouts
using
one
of the Special
Shapes below, there is no forme charge; only the setup and running costs
(see below).
Each time you order shaped handouts there is a setup charge
of £45.00 to load the forme onto the cutting press, then a charge of £30.00
per thousand running cost.

Turnaround time
Handouts up to 50,000 in quantity are despatched
within 5 working days. Faster turnaround is available at extra cost; for
urgent jobs please call 01457 778788. Please
allow extra time (typically 3 working days extra) for die-cut shapes.

Handouts are usually standard rated for VAT as their sturdiness
means HMRC consider them as being designed to be kept rather than thrown
away.
Where it can be demonstrated that they are not meant to
be kept (for example, a nightclub flyer which is not used for admission)
they can be zero rated.
